
The Danish Market Research Day, DMD, will be arranged in Copenhagen May 6 and we would like to give you an opportunity to speak at this event. Exciting new research methods, surprising findings or just down-to-earth proof that market research play a role in making life a little easier and better – everything is welcome. Read on to find out how and when to submit your proposal.
DMD is the perfect arena to present what you and your company can do. Both providers and research buyers will be there as well as international delegates, speakers and exhibitors. The competition to get in to the program last year was tough, so the better you explain what it is you will talk about and why this is interesting to the audience, the greater the chance that you will get accepted.

It is an advantage if your presentation can be of practical use also to less experienced researchers, buyers and suppliers, in the audience and we particularly welcome proposals from research buyers or buyer and provider together. Sales pitches will not be accepted as presentations, but there will be plenty of opportunity to exhibit at the event.
Use of new technology and modern media is encouraged, both in the presentation and in the proposal. Proposals submitted in the form of a video clip with the intended speaker(s) are judged more favourably than written proposals.

We need your short but clear proposal no later than February 26, 2010, together with a brief description of the intended speaker(s). Send your proposal to dmd@smrn.dk. We will notify the outcome at the latest March 15 and if you are accepted, we will need your full presentation before April 10.
The selection of presentations for the DMD will be made by a program committee consisting of experienced Danish market researchers and chaired by me (experienced conference arranger and visitor).
